	Happy Summer!   Let Smokin' Chick's BBQ prepare your catered event   Smokin' Chick's BBQ is a preferred caterer with the University of Missouri Smokin' Chick's BBQ offers three types of catering to accomodate our customers.  We have Full Service Catering, Buffet Catering and Do It Yourself Catering.  All of our catering options include 5 oz of smoked meat, two or three sides, Kaiser or Dollar rolls, disposable dinnerware and assorted bbq sauces.  Drinks, jumbo portions and desserts are available for an additional charge.  RELAX!!  Let us take care of things for you!
Prices for Full Service Catering If your choice is Smokin' Chick's BBQ full service catering, a server will deliver your food, set up a buffet line with heated chafing dishes, serve your meal and clean up after your event.  Prices include your choice of 5 oz of smoked meat, two sides, Kaiser rolls, assorted bbq sauces, plates, & forks.   $12.95 per person (Includes disposable dinnerware)  Drinks, jumbo portions and desserts are available for additional charge. China and glasses available for additional charge. Prices for BBQ Buffet Catering Smokin' Chick's BBQ will deliver your food, set up a buffet line with heated chafing dishes then return after your event to clean up the food items.  Prices include your choice of 5 oz of smoked meat,  two sides, Kaiser rolls, assorted bbq sauces, plates, & forks.  $8.95 per person.   Drinks, jumbo portions, and desserts are available for additional charge      Do It Yourself Catering Smokin Chick's BBQ will prepare your meal in disposable pans for an easy do it yourself catered event.  Prices include your choice of 5 oz of smoked meat,  two sides, Kaiser rolls, assorted bbq sauces, plates, & forks.  Pick it up or have us deliver it.  A delivery charge may apply.  Serving utensils and bbq sauce in squeeze bottles are available for an additional charge $7.25 per person Drinks, jumbo portions and desserts are available for an additional charge Smokin’ Chick’s Meat Selections   Smokin’ Chick’s Meats are prepared in-house with a special dry rub and then smoked for hours to tender perfection. Served with your choice of classic, sweet, hickory or hot bbq sauce PULLED PORK BRISKET SMOKED TURKEY CALDARELLO SAUSAGE PULLED CHICKEN HAM  SMOKED BOLOGNA Specialty Meat Selections  Smokin' Chick's BBQ can prepare our special smoked meats for your catered event for an extra $2.00 per person Grilled Pork Steak Smoked Pork Loin Grilled Chicken Breast Smoked Salmon  {Salmon is $3.00 additional per person} Side Selections BBQ BAKED BEANS HORSERADISH COLE SLAW POTATO SALAD TOSSED LETTUCE SALAD CHEESY POTATOES* GREEN BEANS MAC & CHEESE * Extra .50 charge for cheesy potatoes and mac & cheese Additional Choices  St Louis style Ribs 16.99 slab Jumbo Portions [additional 2 oz] Drinks – Tea and or Lemonade Desserts - Choice of   Brownies  *  Cookies Specialty Desserts Smokin' Chick's Cheesecake Apple Crumb Pie   *   Pumpkin Pie   *   Peach Cobbler            $2.50 per person Dark Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake   *  German Chocolate Cheesecake Chocolate Covered Strawberries             $3.50 per person
